R04 REGBULL: Reducer/Vaporiser CNG or LPG
REGBULL is the new Reducer/Vaporiser system designed and developed by OMVL. It can be installed on all fuel injected or carburetted vehicles powered by CNG or LPG.
REGBULL reduces the gas pressure and, in case of LPG, ensures its complete vaporisation.
The adoption of integrated solutions and the careful study of the lay-out of the different devices minimise the encumbrance. The remarkable compactness of REGBULL allows a quick installation and an easy set-up, overcoming the limits of available space imposed by the more recently conceived cars. The efficiency of the heat exchanger is one of REGBULL’s strong points, for which accurate studies have been carried out by means of the most modern and sophisticated software devices in terms of 3D solid modelling and of the thermodynamics and fluid mechanics analysis. This characteristic guarantees a regular and dynamic behaviour of the engine, even in particularly cold surroundings.

The result attained is a compact system, characterised by a higher value of the power/volume ratio, which proves to be very reliable under all working conditions of the vehicle, and guarantees excellent comfort and driving performances.
REGBULL is fully homologated in compliance with the latest safety standards for gas fuel systems and, used combined to the OMVL Electronic Control Unit (ECU), keeps the emissions well within the limits established by the strictest standards (EURO4). |
